Jet2 Add Sixth Aircraft To Newcastle

Exciting times are ahead for Newcastle International Airport as lowcost airline, Jet2, base a sixth aircraft at the north east airport.

Jet2, already have 5 aircraft based at the airport and from 31st May 2012 will add an extra aircraft to Newcastle which paves the way to launch 4 brand new routes.

Flights to Bodrum, Rome, Reus and Venice will start from 31st May next year with fares starting at £34.99 one way and takes the total places served by Jet2 from Newcastle to 27. With package holidays with Jet2Holidays to the new destinations starting from £329pp.

The new aircraft will also add more than 100 new jobs for the region ranging from ground crew to cabin crew & flight deck.
