Newcastle New Years Eve Parades & Bus Diversions - Stagecoach

We are advised that a New Years Eve Parade on 31st December 2011 which will see diversions in Newcastle City Centre, the following has been announced by Stagecoach about diversions to their network in the centre from around 1615 which are in place all night affecting bus until end of service (which is around 1830).

Service 1 to Four Lane Ends: Normal route to Pilgrim Street, then via John Dobson Street South, New Bridge Street, Clarence Street, Stoddart Street, Warwick Street then normal route.
Service 1 to Benwell/ Slatyford: Normal route to Warwick Street then via Stoddart Street, Clarence Street, New Bridge Street, John Dobson Street South, New Bridge Street West, Pilgrim Street then normal route.

Service 10/11 to Kenton: Normal route to Pilgrim Street, then via John Dobson Street South, New Bridge Street, Central Motorway East, Barras Bridge, Claremont Road, then normal route.
Service 10/11 to West Denton Park/ West Denton Shops: Normal route to Claremont Road, then via Barras Bridge, Central Motorway East, New Bridge Street, John Dobson Street South, New Bridge Street West, Pilgrim Street then normal route.

Service 12 to Walker/Wallsend: Normal route to Gallowgate, then via Newgate Street, Grainger Street, Market Street, Pilgrim Street, New Bridge Street, then normal route.
Service 12 to Fenham: Normal route to New Bridge Street, then via Pilgrim Street, Market Street, Grainger Street, Newgate Street, Gallowgate, then normal route.

Service 30/31 to Fawdon/ Montagu: Normal route to Pilgrim Street, then via John Dobson Street South, New Bridge Street, Central Motorway East, Great North Road, then normal route.
Service 30/31 to Whickham View/ Fenham: Normal route to Great North Road, then via Central Motorway East, New Bridge Street, John Dobson Street South, New Bridge Street West, Pilgrim Street then normal route.

Service 33 to Hollywood Avenue: Pilgrim Street, New Bridge Street, then via John Dobson Street South, New Bridge Street, Clarence Street, Stoddart Street, Portland Road, Sandyford Road, Portland Terrace, Osborne Road then normal route.
Service 33 to City Centre: Normal route to Sandyford Road, then via Portland Road, Stoddart Street, Clarence Street, New Bridge Street, Market Street, then normal route.

Service 35 to Red House Farm: Pilgrim Street, New Bridge Street, then via John Dobson Street South, New Bridge Street, Central Motorway East, Great North Road, then normal route.
Service 35 to City Centre: Normal route to Great North Road, then via Central Motorway East, New Bridge Street, Market Street.

Service 38 to Freeman Hospital: Normal route to Pilgrim Street, then via John Dobson Street South, New Bridge Street, Clarence Street, Stoddart Street, Portland Road, Sandyford Road then normal route.
Service 38 to Whickham View: Normal route to Sandyford Road, then via, Portland Road, Stoddart Street, Clarence Street, New Bridge Street, John Dobson Street South, New Bridge Street West, Pilgrim Street then normal route.

Service 39/40 to Walker/Wallsend: Normal route to Gallowgate, then via Newgate Street, Grainger Street, Market Street, Pilgrim Street, New Bridge Street, then normal route.
Service 39/40 to Chapel House/ Dumpling Hall: Normal route to New Bridge Street, then via Pilgrim Street, Market Street, Grainger Street, Newgate Street, Gallowgate, then normal route.

Service X47 to City Centre: Normal route to North West Radial Road, then via Central Motorway East, New Bridge Street, John Dobson Street South, New Bridge Street West.
Service X47 to Kingston Park: From New Bridge Street via Pilgrim Street, Market Street East, Central Motorway East to Cowgate, then normal route.

Service 62/63 to Killingworth: Normal route to Gallowgate, then via Newgate Street, Grainger Street, Market Street, Pilgrim Street, New Bridge Street, then normal route.
Service 62/63 to Chapel House/ North Walbotlle: Normal route to New Bridge Street, then via Pilgrim Street, Market Street, Grainger Street, Newgate Street, Gallowgate, then normal route.

Service X63 to Killingworth: Journeys to commence from New Bridge Street west, and will not serve Market Street west, Newgate Street or Blackett Street.
Service X63 to City Centre: Operate SATURDAY inbound route (via Central Motorway East), but will terminate on Market Street East.

Service X77/X78/X79 to City Centre: Normal route to Cow Hill, then via Grandstand Road, Barrack Road, Gallowgate, Percy Street, Eldon Square.
Service X77/X78/X79 to Ponteland: Via Eldon Square, Percy Street, Gallowgate, Barrack Road, Grandstand Road, Cow Hill, then normal route.

Service X87/X88 to City Centre: Normal route to Cow Hill, then via Grandstand Road, Barrack Road, Gallowgate, Percy Street, Eldon Square Bus Station.
Service X87/X88 to Newbiggin Hall: Via Eldon Square Bus Station, Percy Street, Gallowgate, Barrack Road, Grandstand Road, Cow Hill, then normal route.

Service 100 to City Centre: Normal route to Boulevard, then via Westgate Road, Grainger Street, Market Street, John Dobson Street south, New Bridge Street, Pilgrim Street.
Service 100 to Metrocentre: Journeys to commence from Pilgrim Street, and will be unable to serve Blackett Street.

Bus routes not listed above should be able to operate via their normal routes. Passengers should use next available bus stop as no temporary stops will be in place.
