Big Gift From Arriva In Durham

Arriva North East have invested £2.5million in 21 brand new buses for Durham.

The new buses have already started arriving and will mainly operate on the 23/24/46 services (46 will change to 49a from January 2) which operate between Durham, Peterlee, and Sunderland and Hartlepool, as well as the Crook to Durham Corridor.

The new buses will offer a huge improvement on quality of service, offering greater comfort & a smoother journey.

The buses also benefit from having the latest low emission engines, brand new ticket machines and onboard CCTV.
