System Errors This Weekend

We would like to sincerely apoligise for the downtime and errors occuring on the website throughout this weekend Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th November 2011.

The problems occured last week where we have been unable to upload page updates and files because our FTP didn't work. FTP is a programme that websites use to upload pages & content to the website. Similar to a file sharing system you may use for music for example.

This really annoyed TNE Towers and we took the drastic decision to move web hosting companies, the nature of the internet and all the technical stuff mean't it can take around 24 hours for everything to transfer & setup on the technical side of things, this has now worked we just have a small issue with some image files which we have contacted our hosting company who usually get back to us within a few hours so this should be a minor short term thing.

We are pleased the site is back up & running and we sincerely apoligise again for the errors & short downtime which was totally beyond our control and thank you so much for your patience & understanding.

Don't forget on Friday 18th November, to celebrate our 3rd birthday, we launch our new look with a fresh new feel to it and new content & sections.
