Newcastle Airport Invest In New Snow Equipment

Anyone who has travelled during snowy weather knows that delays are likely so Newcastle International Airport has unveiled a £250,000 investment in their specialist snow team to keep flights moving this winter with the introducing of 2 snow cutters.

The ultra-modern fleet of vehicles used for clearing and making runways safe will be crucial if the airport is hit by the same icy blasts as last year.
