Travel Advisors - Email our travel advisors if you require journey planning including timetables, fares and availability. Our travel advisors can help you plan the best possible journey for your requirements. Please include as much detail as possible including departure and destination places, times you'd prefer, any special dietery requirements, modes of transport you'd prefer to use or wish to avoid, if you have any discount cards or frequent traveller cards, if you'll require any assistance for example if your a wheelchair user and any other information you feel relevent. Our travel advisors will reply to you with a selection of options for you and details of how to book these if you wish to do so. Any urgent journey enquiries should be made via the Live Help Desk.

Customer Services - If you don't require journey planning but require printed copies of timetables, fares information, help and assistance with using the website, any problems you have with our mobile or shop services, if you wish to enquire about taxi's, to get specific information about facilities at train stations, bus stations or airports, to have us book special assistance for disabled passengers when you travel by air or rail or any other enquiry not related to journey planning or those listed below contact the customer services team who will be glad to help.

Competitions - From time to time we will operate some fantastic competitions, all entries should be sent to our competitions department. Copies of rules and winners can also be obtained from this department.

Press & Media - Our press and media department are on hand for travel related companies and the local, national and international press including tv, radio, newspapers, magazines and websites. If you are a company or individual of the travel and transport industry or a member of the press wishing to receive our press releases by email or post, wish to talk to someone at Travel North East about it's products and services, require promotional materials, if you need high quality graphics and logos, if you want to send us a press release, if your company wishes to advertise with Travel North East or you think you think we should advertise with you then contact the Press & Media Department.

Webmaster - If you encounter any errors or problems with the website, wish to pass on comments or ideas for the site, contact the sites webmaster. Please only send site errors/problems/comments and idea's to this department. All other enquiries should be sent to the departments above, if your unsure the best thing to do is send it to Customer Services who will ensure the correct department get it.
