Introduction

The TNE Travel Club known here as 'the club' or 'service' is ran by TravelNorthEast.co.uk known here as 'we', 'our' and 'TNE'. It is a membership subscription programme whereby you will receive mailings by post/email/text from the TravelNorthEast.co.uk team.

Personal Information

Your personal information is kept safe at all times, your personal details are kept on a password protected computer. Once your subscribed we'll be in touch to get your name, address and mobile contact details. These are stored on a database in order for us to ensure we send out all the things your paying for. In accordance with Data Protection laws your details will not be sold, lent or in any other way made available to any other company or individual outside of the TNE company for any purpose, other than for the purposes of the club, unless you give us prior consent.

Card Details

Your card details are totally secure when using our site, they are sent fully encrypted using Paypal, the worlds leading payment solutions provider, thats part of the Ebay group. They provide a fully encrypted system we only receive your payment and any details we ask you to send us, Paypal, who handle all your card details & payment, have their own privacy policy which you may find useful to read aswell for complete piece of mind by clicking here (opens in a new window).

Mailing By Post & Email

We send out all posted items using Royal Mail standard post, we aim to have items to you within 3 days of dispatch however once posted, items are beyond our control and sometimes can be delayed or go missing. If you change your address during your subscription please email the club team immediately so we can make sure your items get sent to you, we can not be held responsible if you don't receive items due to change of address.

TNE Areas

We select your TNE Area by the address you give us after you have subscribed, you can add extras onto your subscription if you want to know about different areas.

Extras

We offer you the chance for just a couple of pound, to add extra's onto your subscription. The costs advertised are for one year from the moment your membership commences. If you sign up for extra's after this date, the cost will remain the same until your subscription is due for renewal.

Payment/Fees

Payment must be received before any items are dispatched, the fee you pay is for a yearly subscription which is automatically taken annually using the worlds leading payment provider Paypal. Payment can be made by most credit and debit cards, bank transfer or using your Paypal balance. If the membership fee increases after you sign up, you will not be required to pay any extra however if the membership fee decreases we reserve the right to make no reimbursment. From time to time we may offer special offer subscription costs at a lower fee. If we increase the cost of this service, or in anyway change the service we will email you using the email you registered for the club with. When your subscription is automatically taken each year you will be required to pay the new price, higher or lower, if not the same as what you paid before, your welcome to cancel our subscription at anytime before it's renewed.

Renewing/Cancelling Your Membership

We renew your membership automatically at the end of your subscription period, this is so we can provide continuous service for our members without disruption. We will email all our members if we are going to be changing the membership fee, if your membership is shortly due for renewal you will then have chance to cancel before the new price is charged. If you wish to cancel your membership prior to it's renewal date (exactly one year since your last renewal) then you need to do this at least 24 hours before your membership is due for renewal. Once your membership is renewed it is possible to cancel your membership but refunds are limited.

Refunds

Refunds are only available upto 4 months into the subscription and the amount of reimbursment will depend on how long since you became a member or renewed your membership whichever was latest. The table below shows the amounts of reimbursment...

Alertations & Cancellations

TNE reserve the right to change, alter, cancel or edit these terms & conditions or any aspect of the club at anytime without prior notice. If we change the membership fee, before your renewal date, you will be informed by email before the fee is changed giving you notice to cancel your membership if you wish to do so.
